I have taken steps to fix my device, have contacted VapourOxide and am certain the device is faulty.

I understand that the USB port is not covered under warranty and can confirm that this is not the issue.

I have removed the batteries (if possible) from the device before sending it back.

If the issue is with the mod only, I know not to send the tank back.

I understand that if the device is returned and is found to be in perfect working order then I, the customer, will be responsible for paying the postage to have it returned to me plus the initial return postage costs (if applicable - see Step 3 above).
