Shipping

Vapouroxide ships from within Australia. It is our aim to offer a personalized customer service while also bringing you the fast shipping times of a much larger company. Domestic Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours. 
We process orders between 7:00am EST to 4:00pm EST on weekdays and 8:00am EST - 2:00pm EST on Saturdays.
We do not process orders on Sundays or any major Australia Public Holidays.

All devices and e-liquids will be delivered in a polycell envelope or a priority box’s depending on the size of the order. All E-liquids will also be placed inside ziploc bags. We treat your order with care but we cannot guarantee that Australia post will show the same courtesy. We cannot be responsible for mistakes made by Australia post including misdirected, lost or damaged shipments. Should Australia post damage your e-liquid order in transit, it can cause the e-liquid to spill. Any spills will be contained within the ziploc bag.

Domestic Shipping:
To guarantee that our customers receive there parcels in a prompt and secure manor,  Australia Post Tracking/Signature mailing is used. 
Standard Postage: 2-4 days 
Express Postage: 1-3 days  
NOTE: Postage times may vary for remote areas.

International Shipping:
We ship to all 50 State in the U.S, Canada, UK, and most major Europe Nations (excluding Pacific Islands) All orders will be sent via Pack And Track International Post.

  • Vapouroxide has a flat rate shipping fee of $30 AUD for all our overseas orders.
  • Cells are excluded from postage internationally due to flight restrictions.
  • All orders are posted from Australia, delivery time 4-15 working days (depending on location).

 

Order Tracking:
Once an order has been processed and shipped, customers will receive confirmation and tracking via email.
On the day of arrival customers with receive notification via sms and email that parcel is on approach to destination. If no one is present to sign for parcel on its arrival, the parcel will be sent to nearest post office. Customers will be notified via sms, email, and letter box of the location of post office for collection of parcel. Please ensure that ID is present for post office collection.

Warranty Claims & Return Orders: 
Return postage fee's are at customers expense. In order to receive warranty claim, product will need to be return within 3month of purchase date. Items will need to be inspected for repair or replacement by Vapouroxide.
